We want your shopping experience with Bougie Buddy to be as easy and paw-some as possible. Below are our shipping and return policies.
Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed off to our shipping partners within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within the continental US (depending on carrier and location).
Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping: $8.99 flat rate
Free Shipping: On orders over $99
Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, or similar trusted carriers for reliable delivery.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier link in the shipment notification.
International Shipping: Currently available only to select countries — contact lori@thebougiebuddy.com for details.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, email lori@thebougiebuddy.com with your order number — we'll work with the carrier to resolve it (may include reship or refund).
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date for unused items in original condition/packaging.
How to Return:
Email lori@thebougiebuddy.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send a return label (prepaid for defective/damaged items; customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind).
Ship back within 14 days of receiving the label.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method after we receive and inspect the item (usually 5–10 business days).
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom items, final sale products, or items marked "No Returns" (if any).
Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll send a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
