Welcome to Bougie Buddy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (thebougiebuddy.com), purchase of products, and any related services. By accessing or using our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. About Bougie Buddy

Bougie Buddy is an online boutique offering luxury dog apparel, beds, accessories, and gear. All products are fulfilled through third-party dropshipping partners (e.g., Syncee, TopDawg). We are based in Auburn, Washington, USA.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Bougie Buddy.

  • Prices are in USD and exclude shipping/taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount including taxes and shipping.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, fraud suspicion).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only (typically 2–7 business days from fulfillment).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

  • Title to products passes upon full payment.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging/condition.

  • To start a return: Email lori@thebougiebuddy.com with your order number and reason.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged (we'll provide a prepaid label).

  • Refunds issued to original payment method after we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5–10 business days).

  • No refunds on final sale items or personalized/custom products unless defective.

5. Product Information & Warranty

  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information (colors, sizes, descriptions).

  • Actual appearance may vary due to monitor settings or manufacturing.

  • Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty (if any). Bougie Buddy makes no additional warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bougie Buddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
